Travelling alone and perched near the window seat with the wind blowing on your face gets your nerves relaxed after a tiring work or mental stress. I feel relaxed when I take long journeys. Except for the phyical tiredness the mind gets relaxed. But for this one should travel light.
Spending time with the family at remote parks or resorts away from the crowd also helps. I love hanging out with my two kids and wife at beaches and parks. I always look forward for sunday evenings to get myself and my family relaxed.
