Black magic woman

I got a Black Magic Woman.
I got a Black Magic Woman.
Yes, I got a Black Magic Woman,
She's got me so blind I can't see;
But she's a Black Magic Woman and
she's trying to make a devil out of me.

Don't turn your back on me, baby.
Don't turn your back on me, baby.
Yes, don't turn your back on me, baby,
Don't mess around with your tricks;
Don't turn your back on me, baby,
'cause you might just wake up my magic sticks.

You got your spell on me, baby.
You got your spell on me, baby.
Yes, you got your spell on me, baby,
Turnin' my heart into stone;
I need you so bad,
Magic Woman I can't leave you alone.

JATISYA INDIA SHERRY

Terence Sherry and Maria Aman had come to Kerala for vacation. Maria was pregnant and they were expecting their first child.

They were staying in a lodge near Kovalam. Both of them had decided not to call in for help or get admitted in the hospital during the labour pain.

Terence took the role of the mid wife and took the delivery of Maria.

Police, doctors and media had arrived but by the time Maria had given birth to a beautiful angel, Jatisya.

As the child was born in India, they named her Jatisya India Sherry.

CYRUS OOMMEN

My wife was not in town for nearly two days. And my daughter had gone to my in-laws place as she is having her vacation now. So, I was left alone to take care of my two year old son. Initially I was quite worried. Even though he likes playing with me or going out with me, when its sleeping time he needs his mother.

But the 36 hours with him was really wonderful. Waking him up in the morning, feeding him, giving him bath, taking him to the church, watching TV together, going out for dinner, playing and finally sleeping without making any fuss.

It was truly wonderful.

LEND ME YOUR HOPE

Lend me your hope for a while, I seem to have mislaid mine.
Lost and hopeless feelings accompany me daily, pain and confusion are my companions. I know not where to turn; looking ahead to future times does not bring forth images of renewed hope. I see troubled times, pain filled days, and more tragedy.
Lend me your hope for a while, I seem to have mislaid mine.
Hold my hand and hug me; listen to all my ramblings, recovery seems so far distant. The road to healing seems like a long and lonely one.
Lend me your hope for a while, I seem to have mislaid mine.
Stand by me, offer me your presence, your heart and your love. Acknowledge my pain, it is so real and ever present. I am overwhelmed with sad and conflicting thoughts.
Lend me your hope for a while;
a time will come when I will heal, and I will share my renewal, hope and love with others.

Grateful..........

Today as I was about to cross the road at a very busy junction, I saw a bunch of letters on the pavement secured with a rubber band. I took it from the pavement and found that these letters were to be delivered to Banks, individuals and institutions by a courier service called the DTDC.
My friend, Jeethu, who was with me called up finger-tips ( Directory Help-Line) , and got there telephone number. I rang up DTDC and informed the lady who had picked up the phone, that the letters were with me. I had asked them to collect it from my office. And promptly after an hour one of their staff came to my office and collected the letters.

After two hours or so the manager of DTDC calls me up and thanks me for informing them of the lost letters. All the letters were very important and it could have cost the job of the courier service executive and a bad name for the reputed agency.

There are lot of sincere people, but there are only very few people to take their time out and show their gratefulness to others. I appreciate the manager, for calling me up and thanking me for a very small job that I had done.

Daily

Daily I walk towards the sun...
the real Me.
I walk day in and day out
in my thoughts
feelings
actions:
I walk in my sleep
and awakening;
But sometimes
my anxieties
and fears
clogs my foot...

I have been living in this beautiful city for the last few years. This city is rich with ancient monuments and buildings. The other day as I was driving through the city I asked my friend to capture few snaps on the camera. These snaps were shot from the car.

Yamaha R15

Go karting...............

The above bikes are Yamaha R15 and Yamaha Fazer. I am a great bike enthusiast. My first bike was Tvs Samurai. I had an Enfield Bullet for sometime and boy, it has a cool macho machine. But as I am Yamaha freak and longed for a cruiser bike I settled on to Enticer which I have been using for sometime.

P E T S

I have a tortoise and two guinea pigs at home. As I live in an apartment its not very easy to keep them. But I am fortunate that I live in the ground floor. Having pets at home is good if all the family members are interested. It helps to keep you occupied and relax your minds.

But there are people who keep pets out of fascination and don't take care of them properly.

B O O T S

B o o t s

I had a cow-boy look alike boots with no spur. I had worn it during my college days. And my friends used to lovingly call me Mr. Boots. After my graduation from Nagaland , I moved down to south India, Kerala. That was way back in 1996. After coming down to Kerala, I wore it rarely. Recently I got in touch with an old friend of mine through the face book. And she reminded me of the old boots. And to her amazement, I still have the boots with me after so many years, even though I don't wear it. I ve traveled a lot, stayed in different houses, lost a lot of things when I shifted my house to one city to the other or one house to the other. But yet I ve the old boots with me. And all these years I ve changed my shoes a numerous times. The last time I wore it was fourteen years back. Yet once in a while I dust n polish my boots and recollects my 'cow-boy days'.

S A R E E

Saree is the traditinal dress of the Indians. But its worn in few other countries like Nepal, Bangladesh, Srilanka,etc.

My wife likes to were saree but not always. This 5 metre cloth takes your sweet time to wrap on to ones body. She wears it only for formal functions.
